COMET P/2012 V3 = P/2004 F1 (NEAT)
     E. J. Christensen reports his recovery of comet P/2004 F1 (cf. IAUC 8309)
on image obtained with the Mount Lemmon 1.5-m reflector (observations
tabulated below). The observations on Nov. 12 were conducted in poor seeing,
and no cometary morphology was observed; four 60-s CCD exposures taken in
approximately 2" seeing on Nov. 13 show an extended object about 5" in size,
smeared toward the northwest.

The indicated correction to the prediction by B. G. Marsden on MPC 69909 is
Delta(T) = -1.01 day; the indicated correction to the prediction by S. Nakano
in the ICQ 2012 Comet Handbook (p. H11) is Delta(T) = -0.59 day. The
following linked orbital elements by G. V. Williams are from 63 observations
spanning 2003 Dec. 1-2012 Nov. 13 (mean residual 0".5). MPEC 2012-V79
contains additional sets of orbital elements and a revised ephemeris.
