SUPERNOVA 2009lq
     M. Stritzinger and N. Morrell, on behalf of the Carnegie Supernova
Project, report that they have obtained a spectrum (range 380-920 nm) of
2009lq (cf. CBET 2039) with the Las Campanas Observatory Magellan Clay
Telescope (+ LDSS3) on Nov. 26.1 UT.  The spectrum reveals that the object is
a type-IIP supernova around one week after explosion.
