SUPERNOVA 2006nr IN UGC 3336
     P. Garnavich, M. Florack, D. O'Connor, and A. Hirschauer,
University of Notre Dame, report that a spectrum (range 380-780
nm) of 2006nr (cf. CBET 742) was obtained with the Kitt Peak 4-m
Mayall telescope (+ R-C spectrograph) on Nov. 18.4 UT.  The
low-resolution spectrum shows broad emission features that are
characteristic of a type-Ia supernova approximately three weeks
past maximum light.
