[Doctorandos] PhD scolarship "Physics Informed Neural Network for Space Weather prediction

In the framework of the National PhD Program in /"Earth Observation"/ at
the /"Sapienza" University of Rome/ (Italy), the INGV (the National
Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology) is funding a scholarship to carry
out a project titled "PHYSICS INFORMED NEURAL NETWORK FOR SPACE WEATHER
FORECASTING".

The activity mainly involves the application of advanced Machine
Learning/Deep Learning techniques for the prediction of the Ionospheric
Total Electron Content.
