The date for this EAGE Education Tour 2  is fast approaching and you can
not miss the chance to participate and access to the latest developments in
Geosciences on this educational event.

Philippe Doyen will be visiting Buenos Aires, Argentina to deliver his
1-day course based on his book *"Seismic Reservoir Characterization: An
Earth Modeling Perspective"*. We encourage students and professionals to
learn about practical  techniques for seismic data integration, combined
use of seismic rock physics and geostatistics, uncertainty modeling and
quantitative 4D interpretation!

Principal topics covered include the construction of stratigraphic grids
from interpreted seismic horizons and faults, deterministic and stochastic
elastic inversion, cascaded petrophysical inversion, use of seismic
geostatistics and rock physics to predict reservoir properties such as
lithology and pore fluids, uncertainty propagation techniques, building of
geomechanical earth models for seismic Pp prediction, and 4-D earth models
generation for seismic monitoring applications.

In March 2013 EAGE became the first official Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) Provider of the “European Geologist” title, which is a
