[Alumnos] [NGO-Argentina] Bases de datos de Gemini "offline"

Estimados usuarios del Observatorio Gemini:

Durante el día de hoy, 6 de diciembre de 2016, las bases de datos del  
Observatorio estarán desconectadas ("offline") durante algunas horas  
mientras se realizan actualizaciones de software en las facilidades  
Norte y Sur. Los servicios que no estarán disponibles son:

- las sincronizaciones de la "Observing Tool" (OT), transferencias de  
archivos y búsquedas de targets no-sidéreos

- cálculo de probabilidades de estrellas de guiado con la "Phase I Tool" (PIT)

La nueva OT para el semestre 2017A estará disponible después de la  
actualización y será necesaria de inmediato para acceder a las bases  
de datos.

The Gemini Observing Databases will be offline for several hours on
Tuesday December 6 while we perform software updates at both the South
and North facilities.  During this time the following services will be
unavailable:

- Observing Tool synchronizations, file transfers, and non-sidereal
target queries
- Phase I Tool guide star probability queries

The new 2017A Observing Tool will be available after the update, and
will be required for subsequent access to the Observing Databases.
