Dear Gemini User,

As you may be aware, Gemini is in the process of transitioning to a new data archive. The new Gemini Observatory Archive is now fully
released for use and is now the primary conduit to obtain data from the observatory. We anticipate retiring the previous Gemini Science
Archive (GSA) service on 2 December.

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to try out the new archive. It can be found at:

https://archive.gemini.edu

We have tried to make the web interface intuitive and simple yet powerful. There is a "Help" link at the top of the page that explains
things in more detail.

The process for accessing proprietary data is similar in concept to the GSA. If you have not already done so, you will need to create an
account on the new archive, then log in and then register your programs with your account by providing your Gemini program ID and the
program key you were provided in your time award email. Accounts are not transferable from the GSA, you will need to create a new account on

We have set up a Helpdesk category for the Gemini Observatory Archive. If you encounter any problems with the service please do file a
