[Alumnos] [NGO-Argentina] Gemini South ODB shutdown

[Oficina Gemini Argentina]

Gemini South will be entering a shutdown period due to road and power line 
damage from a recent rainstorm. This means that the GS ODB will also be 
offline starting either today or tomorrow for an indefinite period. Gemini 
South users will not be able to sync programs or transfer files during 
this time. The GS DSS image server will also be offline.

PIs who are designing masks should email or find alternative ways (eg. 
dropbox) to transfer their ODF and other files to their NGO and staff 
contacts for the time being.
