Subject: Gemini-Subaru agreement signed

Hi all (Gemini Board, STAC, AOC-G, and Users' Committee),

We have signed the new agreement with Subaru for time exchange, which 
makes clear the completely open opportunities across all three telescopes. 
I hope that as a result, the amount of time exchanged will expand, to the 
benefit of scientists in all our communities.
