we invite the global scientific community to join the conversation.

*Commission E: Research in Astrophysics from Space *Commission E is
dedicated to exploring the universe's origin and evolution through
observations from space-based platforms. We invite abstracts on the

   and energetic phenomena in the X-ray and Gamma-ray bands.
   - *Solar and Heliospheric Physics:* Investigation of the Sun's activity,
   the solar corona, and its influence on the heliosphere.
   - *Galactic and Extragalactic Research:* Insights into star formation,
   galaxy evolution, and the large-scale structure of the cosmos.
   - *Cosmology and the Early Universe: *Research on the cosmic microwave

*Commission C: Space Studies of the Upper Atmospheres of the Earth and
Planets*

Commission C focuses on the investigation of the properties, structure, and
dynamics of the upper atmospheres of Earth and other celestial bodies. We
welcome abstracts on:

   - *Earth’s ITM System:* Research on the Thermosphere, Ionosphere, and
   Mesosphere, including their response to solar and magnetospheric forcing.
   - *Planetary Aeronomy:* Comparative studies of the neutral atmospheres
   and ionospheres of planets and moons across the Solar System.
   - *Reference Atmospheres:* Development and refinement of international
   standards, such as the International Reference Ionosphere (IRI) and COSPAR
   International Reference Atmosphere (CIRA).
   - *Atmospheric Coupling:* Investigations into the physical and chemical
   processes linking the lower atmosphere to the space environment.
   - *Active Experiments:* Studies involving intentional perturbations of
   space plasmas to understand natural interactions and vehicle-environment
