Dear IAU Members,

I am writing to inform you of a recent staff change at the IAU secretariat,
and to remind you of some important upcoming IAU deadlines below.

We are delighted to announce that Anne Thieme has joined the IAU
Secretariat this month as the new IAU Membership Coordinator, taking over
the duties of Lina Canas. In this role, Anne will serve as the main contact
point for all individual and national members and will be responsible for
managing the IAU website and membership database. She stands ready to
answer any queries and is available to assist with questions and requests.
She also welcomes your feedback and suggestions and is looking forward to
engaging with all of you. You can reach her at anne.thieme en iau.org.
