Observatório Nacional has received fellowships for Masters and PhD. students
from a list of foreign countries, including most of the Latin American
nations and France.

If you know potential candidates, I will be happy to discuss joint projects
with you.

The applications are due by September 29th, and studies will begin in March
2026.
