Dear Colleagues,

Last week was the 6th Shaw IAU Workshop on Astronomy for Education hosted 
by OAE. I have taken part (either presenting, chairing or just attending) 
all 6 of these and each one has been extremely interesting, thought 
provoking and professionally useful. All talks will be available on the 
OAE YouTube channel, so if you missed it you will still be able to catch

I also wanted to remind you of the deadline for the IAU PhD prize on 15 
Dec. This is a prestigious award open to anyone who has successfully 
defended their PhD between Dec 2023 and Dec 2024. There is an award for 
each of the IAU Division subject areas, and I kindly request that you 
share this within your networks (especially those outside of IAU).
