Dear IAU Members,

We would like to be sure you are aware of another fraudulent email phishing
attempt sent to some IAU members from a fake email address pretending to be
the IAU President Willy Benz requesting money or requesting a generic
meeting with little details.

Please be cautious and *always check the sender and return email before
replying*. The IAU President will never ask for money or bank details by
email. It is possible to make an email appear to come from one user, but in
reality, it originates from a fake account.

If you receive a questionable email asking for money from the IAU, the IAU
President, or any other Officers, please do not respond. Forward it to
iauinfos en iap.fr instead. Do not reply to the email, and most importantly,
do not transfer any money.
