In this report you will find a brief update on the enormous and efficient
team work done by the IAU WiA WG members  (as free volunteers) to -
1- boost the activities of  WiA WG
2- make a meaningful contribution to the careers of worldwide students from
graduate, PhD level up to early career researchers by providing projects
and funds from personal research grants of researcher.
3- acknowledge the efforts of astronomers supporting gender equality at
workplace, by promoting their work and achievements
4- promote young students in the career of STEM from school up to college
level, in collaboration with the IAU OAO
5- raise funds to retain the career of women researchers, where significant
and fair efforts are needed at the organizations and institutions.

1- We invite all the IAU members and astronomers to participate in the 5
mins survey being carried out since January 2022 by the WiA WG on the* Impact
of Covid-19 pandemic on the career and productivity of Astronomers-*

As of now we have received 140 responses by astronomers from 21 different
countries, *why not add yours also!*

2-  We will release the 2nd issue of ENSEMBLE Magazine (with a delay)* in
June 2023, *due to lack of time and volunteers. Please note that we highly
appreciate and continue to collect your contributions, hence please send us
if you haven't done it yet, especially for International women's day
of 2023.  We will compile all your contributions in the next issue of IAU
WiA *‘ENSEMBLE’ *Magazine.

 All the IAU members (F/M) are welcome to join the IAU WiA activities and
share any information about matters that may be relevant to the activities
of the Women in Astronomy WG. If you wish to *join the Working Group*,
