[AAA] La presentación a los IAU PhD Prizes está abierta

Estimados colegas,

La inscripción y presentación a los premios a las mejores tesis de la IAU
está abierta. Las presentaciones se hacen a la división que corresponda a
la temática de la tesis. No es necesario que el postulante sea miembro de
la IAU. La tesis no tiene que estar escrita en inglés; sin embargo, su
resumen y síntesis *SI *tienen que escribirse en inglés en la presentación.

Acá acompañamos el anuncio en inglés, como se lo hizo llegar a los
Presidentes de cada División.

*IAU 2022 PhD Prize Applications Open*



The IAU is inviting applications for its 2022 PhD prize, an award which
celebrates the outstanding accomplishments made globally by PhD researchers
in astrophysics. First introduced in 2016, the prize is awarded annually in
each of the nine IAU Divisions in recognition of the most remarkable PhD
thesis work done in the previous year. Eligible PhD theses for the 2022
Prize are those which have been defended between 16 December 2021 and 15
December 2022.



The deadline for applications/nominations is *15 December 2022*.

Presentations to this award are strongly encouraged.
