In this edition you will find a brief update on-
- the activities related to 11th Feb and 8th March events for International
Women and Girls Day in Science
-new Survey on impact of Covid-19 on the career of Astronomers
-Training programs carried out last month with the feedback from the
participants
-IAU WiA WG session at IAU General Assembly, Busan Aug 2022
-new members who have joined the IAU WiA WG.

events *in the following form*- *

   - 2 videos of 2 mins each on *promoting girls in STEM *and* Why gender
   balance is important in STEM fields and higher education*
   - write ups, share your story in the format *- *
