seminario en el Departamento de Astronomía de la Universidad de Chile.

*Title*: SDSS-V Chile

*Abstract*: The Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS) has been one of the most 
successful worldwide collaborations in astronomy. In its current fifth 
stage, SDSS-V will provide multi-epoch optical and IR spectroscopy using 
facilities in the United States and Chile and offer optical 
integral-field spectroscopic coverage of the Milky Way and its galactic 
neighbors. This talk will describe the core projects (mappers) and the 
opportunities for Chilean scientific participation in SDSS-V.
