Dear Division G / Commission G4 members,

Attached please find the first announcement of IAU Symposium 376 and a
related Spring School
to be held in *Budapest*, *Hungary*, *25-29 April, 2022*.

The title of the symposium is:

*At the cross - roads of astrophysics and cosmology: **Period- luminosity
relations in the 2020s.*



The conference will be preceded by a 4-day Spring School for early career
researchers

on *Modern methods of cosmic distance determination.*
