Dear colleagues, after some delay, we are pleased to share our Annual
Report for the 2019-20 period (April 2019 to March 2020). We have not
covered the COVID-19 period and activities in the report, but you can find
information on our website <http://www.astro4dev.org/covid-19/>. And we
always welcome your ideas on how the OAD can use astronomy to support
communities & combat the effects of the pandemic. You can write to me
directly for any comments, questions, or clarifications.
