Desde el NOC hacemos lo posible por difudir estos temas, pero sin la
colaboracion de cada uno, se torna casi imposible conocer lo que cada uno
hace.
De alguna manera, la comunicacion entre los "hacedores" y los que debemos
eventualmente comunicar las acciones, no esta siendo demasiado efectiva.

Dear friends,



In this global crisis that is strongly limiting the opportunities to meet
face-to-face, and implement activities together, many of us, professional
and amateurs, have very quickly turned online to deliver free and open
contents to their communities, as our contribution in these difficult times.

Although there are exceptions of fully accessible and inclusive online
events and resources, these generous and spontaneous efforts, with a little
extra effort, can be extended to include everyone, including people with
disabilities.



With this email we want to quickly start a simple communication channel
among those who are active in accessible and inclusive outreach and
interested in delivering remote outreach activities that are inclusive, to
achieve two simple goals:

·       gather and publish a list of available remote activities and
resources that are inclusive to the resources repository curated by the
IAU;

·       share good practices and suggestion to build a "common knowledge"
of best practices.

As the need is upon us, we are working on ways to do it simply and quickly.

If you are interested in contributing to this community effort, please
write to "IAU-InclusiveOutreach en uai.it" with the following information:

·       Name

·       Location

·       Your role in astronomy (professor, research, outreach, amateur,
etc) and how would you like to contribute.

Your contribution can be:

·       If you have or know about online resources and activities available
for people with disabilities, please share a link and a brief description;

·       If you have suggestions for remote inclusive outreach activities, a
brief description and how would you like to contribute.
