Dear all,

We now have the confirmed date and location for the IAU event to announce
the NameExoWorlds results.

This event will take place on 17th December 2019, with a ceremony at the
Salle Casini, Observatorie de Paris, France, from 11:00 to 12:00 (CET).

Our aim is to provide live internet streaming for the event which will
permit everyone with internet access to view the event though this has
still to be confirmed. We will provide further details on this and the
event itself in due course.

We will also provide to all National Committees on the 6th December an open
source press release which can be used with the local release of results
for each country. Please be aware that there is an embargo on the press
release and the results until the event on the 17th December.

We will also provide some open source visual materials that you can also
adapt accordingly and use as you wish.

I apologize for the time taken to bring this information to you but have
had to wait for confirmation from the IAU on the event.
