Dear colleague,

I am delighted to report that at the 103rd Session of the IAU Executive
Committee in Rome (14-16 May), it accepted 188 new IAU Junior Members proposed
by 33 different NCAs and 3 IAU Divisions:

Therefore, the IAU now has 536 Junior Members. It is excellent to witness
this rejuvenation of the IAU and I count on your support and dedication to
an even more dynamic and inclusive organisation.
