[AAA] Invitación a subir contribuciones al BAAA

Estimados participantes de la segunda reunión binacional SOCHIAS-AAA:

Tras haber disfrutado en La Serena de una muy productiva reunión, los
invitamos ahora cordialmente a remitir sus contribuciones en forma escrita
para que las mismas puedan ser consideradas para su publicación en el
Boletín 61A de la AAA.

El Comité Editorial del presente volumen está integrado por Roberto Gamen
como Editor en Jefe, Francisco Iglesias como Secretario Editorial y Mario
Sgró como Técnico Editorial. Los Editores Invitados en este Boletín serán
Nelson Padilla y Celeste Parisi, quienes se desempeñaron como Presidentes
del Comité Organizador Científico de la reunión.

Todos los trabajos serán sometidos a arbitraje y los trabajos aprobados
serán publicados en forma electrónica y en volumen impreso y pasarán a
formar parte de la base de publicaciones ADS.

Los trabajos se podrán enviar en castellano o inglés a elección del autor.
En ambos casos deberá incluir un resumen bilingüe.

Hay dos categorías de trabajos: INFORMES INVITADOS (siete páginas de
extensión máxima) y CONTRIBUCIONES ORALES Y MURALES (tres páginas de
extensión máxima).

INFORMACION IMPORTANTE:

1) El plazo de envío de los trabajos es el 2 de diciembre de 2018. Este
plazo es inamovible. No se admitirán contribuciones que lleguen una vez
vencido ese término.
2) Los trabajos se deberán subir al Sistema de Gestión de Manuscritos
(SiGMa) a partir de una fecha que comunicaremos oportunamente.
3) Los macros e instrucciones van adjuntos a esta nota. También podrán
bajarse de la página web de nuestra asociación (
http://www.astronomiaargentina.org.ar).

Dear participants of the second SOCHIAS-AAA bi-national meeting,

After enjoying a successful and productive week in La Serena, we are now
cordially inviting you to submit your contributions in written form to be
considered for publication in BAAA volume 61A.

The editorial board for this volume is formed by chief editor Roberto
Gamen, editorial secretary Francisco Iglesias and editorial technician
Mario Sgró. We count also with guest editors Nelson Padilla and Celeste
Parisi who where members of the SOC.

After the peer review process, all the approved contributions will be
published both in electronic form and in a printed volume, and indexed in
the ADS platform.

The text can be submitted either in English or Spanish, according to the
author's preference, as long as a summary in both languages is included.

We have foreseen two possible types of contributions, namely "GUEST
REPORTS" (with a maximum extension of seven pages) and "ORAL AND WRITTEN
CONTRIBUTIONS" (with a max. extension of three pages).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1) The submission deadline is December 2nd, 2018.  Any contribution sent
after this date will not be admitted.
2) The submission has to be done using the AAA online manuscript management
system (named SiGMa). The system will be open for new submissions soon, we
will communicate this accordingly.
3) The templates and instructions are attached to this email and can also
be downloaded from the AAA's website: http://www.astronomiaargentina.org.ar
