[AAA] Nodos Regionales de la IAU

La CD de la Asociación Argentina de Astronomía (AAA) y el Comité Nacional de
Astronomía (CNA) hacen llegar el siguiente anuncio sobre la oportunidad de
establecer en nuestro país "Regional Nodes" y "Lenguage Expertise Centres"
de la Oficina para el Desarrollo de la Astronomía (OAD) de la IAU. Esta
información se envia gracias a la participación de la Dra. Beatriz García en
el primer workshop OAD llevado a cabo en el mes de diciembre de 2011 en
Sudáfrica donde se sentaron las bases de este proyecto.

A fin de intentar canalizar y coordinar eventuales intereses de diferentes
Instituciones Astronómicas Argentinas que esten dispuestas a establecer uno
de estos nodos en nuestro país, el CNA solicita a los interesados que envien
un email a la dirección cna en oac.uncor.edu expresando dicho interes hasta del
10 de febrero próximo.

Les recordamos que, tal como dice el anuncio, el ODA ha establecido como
fecha el 28 de febrero para enviar una nota breve expresando el interes de
albergar uno de estos nodos o centros y el 30 de abril de 2012 como fecha
final para la propuesta definitiva.
