<div style='font-family: "Times New Roman"; font-size: medium;'>El cargo implica conducir las operaciones del telescopio Gemini Sur y supervisar tanto el equipo de operaciones científicas como el de ingeniería, es decir unas 40 personas aproximadamente. Reporta directamente a la Directora del Observatorio y cuenta con la asistencia del Director Adjunto (Deputy Director) de Chile.</div>
