COMET P/2014 O2 = P/1997 T3 (Lagerkvist-Carsenty)
     E. Schwab reports the recovery of comet P/1997 T3 (cf. IAUC 6754) on
images taken by P. Ruiz with the European Space Agency's Optical Ground
Station 1.0-m f/4.4 reflector at Tenerife; measurers assisting Ruiz
included E. Schwab, D. Koschny, M. Micheli, and M. Busch. The observations
on July 29 and 30 show a nearly stellar object with no tail.

The indicated correction to the prediction by B. G. Marsden on MPC 79348 is
Delta(T) = -1.28 days. The following linked orbital elements by G. V. Williams
are from 171 observations spanning 1997 Oct. 05-2014 July 30 (mean residual
0".6); additional orbital elements and an ephemeris appear on MPEC 2014-O65.
