COMET P/2014 Q5 = P/2006 S6 (HILL)
Krisztian Sarneczky, Konkoly Observatory, reports the recovery of comet
P/2006 S6 (cf. IAUC 8755) on images taken with the 0.60-m Schmidt telescope at
the Piszkesteto Station of Konkoly Observatory (astrometry tabulated below).
On Aug. 24.98 UT, the comet showed a 12" coma with no tail in eight stacked
150-s exposures; on Aug. 25.95, the object appeared stellar, but the sky
conditions were not good.

The indicated correction to the prediction by G. V. Williams on MPC 79348 is
Delta(T) = -0.32 day. The following linked orbital elements by Williams are
from 212 observations spanning 2006 Aug. 29-2014 Aug. 25 (mean residual 0".6);
additional elements and an ephemeris appear on MPEC 2014-Q53.
