COMET P/2013 N2 = P/2003 S1 (NEAT)
     G. Hug, Scranton, KS, U.S.A., reports the recovery of comet P/2003 S1
(cf. IAUC 8208) on CCD images taken with a 0.56-m reflector (astrometry
tabulated below); nothing was stated about the object's appearance.

2013-A29 is Delta(T) = -0.67 day.  The following linked orbital elements by
Williams are from 308 observations spanning 2003 July 29-2013 July 12 (mean
residual 0".6):
