Roberto was also well known for being an extraordinary mentor, having trained generations of radio astronomers. </span></span></p>

The group has strong involvement in multi-wavelength and multi-messenger activities, especially in the follow up of gravitational wave and neutrino events, and is very active on both AGNs (and the connection to neutrino emission) and transients, such as gamma-ray bursts, tidal disruption events, and more (with a connection to gravitational wave detection). . IRA is also open to new projects, as long as relativistic astrophysics and radio astronomy can be a relevant angle.</span></span></p>
